This role will be based in our Melbourne office, however you will be working as part of our national team. A high-level of professional conduct is required, as is a genuine desire to learn. The role will give the right candidate great exposure to a wide range of technologies.The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Local support for our Melbourne office
  • Receiving, logging and handling incoming national service calls and tickets on our busy Helpdesk
  • Taking ownership of raised service tickets and ensuring there is clear professional communication throughout the process and a resolution is delivered in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting all first level calls over the phone and with remote access
  • Liaising with senior IT staff to resolve more complex IT issues
  • Account administration within Active Directory/Entra ID, 365 administration and our core applications
  • Managing our mobile fleet
  • SOE desktop deployment
About youThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role, will be passionate about technology and have a professional and personable approach to their work. A customer service mindset accompanied by strong communication skills will be essential for success.Technical experience supporting Microsoft desktop products and excellent troubleshooting skills are highly desired. Similarly, an IT diploma or degree and/or vendor specific qualifications will be favoured. Whilst experience working in a law firm or a professional service environment is preferred, it is not essential.
