We are currently partnering with a respected Perth-based D&C builder that has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.The Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of commercial construction sites
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers
Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Plan and schedule work to optimise productivity and resources
Manage deliveries, materials, and on-site logistics

About You:

7+ years' experience in a Site Manager role in the WA construction market
Trade Qualified Carpener/Joiner or similar industry relevant qualification
Genuine passion for construction and motived to deliver quality builds
Excellent track record of delivering projects on time with minimal defects and a clean OHS record
Experience on commercial construction projects such as shopping centres, distribution centres, or commercial buildings between $15m to $30m
Full working rights in Australia.
