Grow your leadership skills while enjoying work–life balance.We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team at St Augustine’s College, a modern P–12 school with strong community ties. Our service is licensed for 130 children, with a dedicated OSHC space that’s about to undergo exciting renovations.This is a part-time role (32 hours per week) with split shifts across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. You’ll support the Coordinator to deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging program that children love, and have the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.Your impact:
- Partner with the Coordinator to lead a high-quality OSHC program aligned with Catholic values.
- Help ensure compliance with all legislative, safeguarding, and NQF requirements.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, the school, and the wider community.
- Assist with daily operations, risk management, and team development.
- Diploma in Children’s Services or working towards (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Current mandatory Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain
- Experience working in OSHC, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and My Time Our Place framework.
