Design & Build Recruitment is currently searching for a Site Manager to join our national fitout client in a permanent capacity. You will work closely with your Project Manager, running 1-2 fit out projects in Brisbane’s CBD and surrounding suburbs. Our client is a very well respected brand in the market, pays their subcontractors on time, and has an experienced team.This position is a "GROWTH" position. Our client is adding to it's existing team, which is super exciting.Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Implement and maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Collaborate closely with the project team to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Working closely with your client.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on Commercial Fit Out projects $1M - $15M
QBCC & First Aid licences
Any other relevant qualifications, certifications, and licenses are highly desirable.
