Starting out as a family-owned business, they have since expanded to a 15-year reputation of an organisation encompassing the values of honesty, innovation and hard-work of which has been pivotal in their on-going success.Located in Keyborough, we are looking for experienced Collections Representatives to join their dynamic team and carry out the following responsibilities:
- Providing support in all areas of Collections through maintaining and managing a portfolio of recovery files.
- Adhering to ASIC/ACCC and Privacy Act guidelines and regulations
- Respond and action all communication in a professional manner
- Processing new files received from clients as per their request
- Liaise with clients, debtors, references, third parties, as well as all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring records and database is update to reflect accuracy of records and updates.
- Preferably two years of experience in a similar capacity or with debt collection
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organisational skills and ability to reach targets and deadlines.
- Team player
- Goal driven and determined to exceed monthly targets and KPI's.
- Located in Keysborough, Victoria

- Full-time position: Monday Friday / 8:30am 5pm
