- Manage activities related to the acquisition of new business and marketing opportunities, for Lycopodium Minerals, Brisbane Office.
- Working with the Brisbane Office leadership team to analyse short-, medium- and long-term opportunities in the market and develop a new business strategy and annual budget to support these activities.
- Manage all activities related to identification, development and maintenance of quality business and marketing opportunities.
- Obtain, analyse and distribute market intelligence.
- Advocate, develop and maintain Salesforce for new business purposes.
- Coordinate and support tendering activities for new business opportunities with the Brisbane Management Team.
- Business or Law tertiary qualification, and or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent;
- Min 5 years postgraduate experience in a similar position.
- Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
- Exemplify and encourage the core values and ethos of the business.
- Intuitive leader with the ability to initiate, lead and manage change in a complex environment.
- Provide mentoring and identify avenues of professional development and succession planning to personnel within your team.
