Specialist/Consultant or Visiting Medical Officer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time / VMO Remuneration: $186,241 – $229,825 + Rural Incentives up to $10,000 p.a.

Join a dedicated team at a Level 4 Maternity Service offering:
  • 3 birthing suites operating 24/7
  • Multidisciplinary care with Midwives, GP Obstetricians, and Specialist Obstetricians
  • A strong focus on patient-centred, relationship-based care
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Inpatient, outpatient, procedural, diagnostic, and on-call services
  • Clinical handover, teaching, supervision, and emergency care
  • Participation in quality improvement, research, and clinical governance

You must have:
  • FRANZCOG or be eligible for Fellowship via RANZCOG or an overseas specialist pathway
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Strong recent experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
  • Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care
  • Interest in teaching, research, and continuous professional development
