
Marketing & Events Coordinator

- Organise logistics for trade shows, events and other company meetings related to sales and marketing
- Manage and record all marketing paraphernalia
- Develop internal sales and marketing materials, such as newsletters, and external communications, including brochures and email campaigns
- Coordinate with various suppliers on marketing projects
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support
- Maintain customer contract and its implementation of the parties commitment
- Assist in sales analysis, including the preparation of KPIs and monthly reports
- Assist in any tendering process by providing necessary product information
- Maintain records of marketing budgets and expenditures, making recommendations on spending and supplier choice
- Ability to develop ongoing training programes
- Previous experience with IQMS beneficial but not essential
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (including experience working with Microsoft Applications, Google Applications, and other relevant computer software)
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask
