This casual role is ideal for those looking to supplement their income, students, or anyone seeking flexible work hours. You will provide essential support to clients, helping them achieve independence and satisfaction in their daily lives. Full-time hours are not available.Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care (e.g., showering, toileting, dressing).
- Assist with mobility using equipment like hoists and slide sheets.
- Administer medications and follow health protocols.
- Support clients with community access and social activities.
- Perform domestic duties, including meal prep, cleaning, and laundry.
- Implement Individual Support and Positive Behaviour Plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and client progress.
- Ensure a safe, respectful environment that upholds client dignity.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening .
- Class C driver's licence and a Blue Card.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
- A positive and friendly personality.
