Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with senior executives, the General Counsel will provide advice on all of Kokoda’s legal matters, impacting directly on complex, high-level business decision making and strategy. It will include contracts and contract negotiation, assisting on the structuring and documentation of future business opportunities, governance/Co Sec where required, legislative compliance, advice on existing contracts and disputes, managing external counsel, assisting with funding and with contract management.About You
