- Provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects
- Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
- Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor's programme.
- To provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects.
- Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project. Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Ability to analyse schedule impacts/delays and recommend mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Construction related qualification preferable
- Minimum of 5 years planning experience
- Preferable large-scale Real Estate project experience - Hospitals/ Retail/ Commercial/ Hotels/ High-Rise / Universities / Residential Projects experience
