Join us and help us harness the power of AI to redefine the future of creativity.Creative Strategist, Australia and New Zealand(ANZ) ResponsibilitiesHelp set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and MetaHelp build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companiesEducate, consult and scale creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client objectivesOperationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progressLearn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technologyMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art, graphic designCreative experience in performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creatorsExperience in public presentation and influencing clients and agenciesKnowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertisingHands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videosPreferred QualificationsExperience as a creator on social media and experience collaborating with brands as a creatorExperience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categoriesUnderstanding of measurement and experience learning new toolsDemonstrated experience navigating data dashboards, extracting insights, and using them to inform creative strategyExperience in marketing and business in the Australia and New Zealand(ANZ) marketsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
