This is a role where you'll lead by example - keeping the team motivated, the coffee flowing, and the atmosphere buzzing!What You'll Be Doing
- Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Opening and closing the store with confidence
- Preparing and serving delicious food, drinks, and quality coffee
- Managing stock levels, rotation, and minimising waste
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and store presentation
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to succeed
- Driving a fun, positive, and professional workplace culture
- Leadership experience in a café, bakery, or food service environment
- Availability across a rotating roster , including weekend's
- Strong knowledge of WHS and Food Safety standards
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build great relationships
- Organised, reliable, and a natural communicator
