- Coordinate and support the implementation of education programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
- Monitor and report on program progress, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing documentation, including reports, briefing papers, and correspondence.
- General office management, catering, ordering supplies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide administrative support to the program team as required.
- Identify and address potential risks or issues affecting program delivery.
- A strong background in either Administration, Office Management or Executive assisting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- An outgoing personality to be the first point of contact when welcoming people.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for program management and reporting.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- An hourly rate of $49.88 per hour
