- Engage with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and requirements.
- Conduct workshops to define business needs and SuccessFactors solution scope.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.
- Align configuration with best practices and organisational objectives.
- Ensure solution design meets data integrity, compliance, and workflow standards.
- Lead or support end-to-end module implementation cycles (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Perform configuration, testing, and validation of SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution post go-live.
- Collaborate with teams to connect SuccessFactors with other systems (SAP ERP, payroll, third-party apps).
