- Providing general advice on non-contentious employment law matters.
- Reviewing, drafting and updating standard employment documents such as contracts of employment, settlement agreements and staff handbooks.
- Supporting clients and advising on recruitment, onboarding, application of their internal policies and employee terminations.
- Managing employment litigation matters and external counsel where necessary.
- Experienced: 1-3 years of employment law experience in a reputable law firm or employment focused in-house position.
- Attentive: Brilliant attention to detail - nothing ever slips through the cracks.
- Efficient: Prioritises effectively, focuses on what matters and works productively.
- Commercial: Demonstrates business acumen and cares about business growth (including helping to grow LegalVision further).
