This accounting firm is a market leader and offer their clients much more than accounting services. The office is very social.POSITIONDue to strong growth and internal restructuring, the position of Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Manage a fee base of circa $1.5m
Review the work completed by the team
Manage, train and mentor staff
High level advisory and complex compliance work
Take an active role in the development of the firm's brand

CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

CA/CPA
10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Previous experience training and mentoring staff
Strong technical tax knowledge
Exceptionally strong Xero experience
Exceptional communication and presentation
Stable employment history
