- Ensure kitchen readiness for service and supervise the team for consistent excellence.
- Oversee inventory and staff training and development.
- Proven experience in upscale dining environments.
- Minimum 3 years as a Sous Chef level or above.
- Background with busy kitchens doing in excess of 300 covers per service.
- Ideally, you will have international experience and worked in leading culinary destinations such as London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York, Dubai, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Strong leadership with a knack for developing talent.
- Skilled in administrative duties, including rostering and basic finance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Flexibility and a problem-solving approach, with availability for varied schedules.
