What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and delivering automation and integration solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Logic Apps.
Leading AI/ML initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Providing senior-level support and mentoring junior team members.
Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and system performance.
Driving technical change and continuous improvement across IT systems.

What You Bring:

Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Windows Server.
A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and translating tech into business value.
Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Dell Boomi, Workato) and scripting (PowerShell).
A collaborative mindset and a passion for making tech work for people.

Desirable:

Microsoft or Cisco certifications
Experience with ERP systems (QAD, Epicor, SAP, Dynamics)
ITIL or cloud architecture knowledge
