Client Side Project Manager - Civil

• Assist in the senior leadership team with leading single or multiple projects.
• Be able to work in a team environment and develop good team working relationships.
• Contribute to team effort as well as individual tasks.
• Actively contribute and coordinate discipline specific activities i.e. estimating of projects including but not limited to first principles and unit rate estimating or the development of Project management plans.
• Be aware of the North business unit strategies.
• Efficient coordination of assigned projects, including understanding the scope of the and level of detail and effort commensurate with the proposal.
• Fully conversant with, and well-practiced in, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the company.
• Assist in receiving a client brief and help deliver the project.
• Actively input into project reporting & client liaison.
• Understanding of the critical success factors in discipline specific activities as it affects our clients and ourselves.
• Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date best practice documentation generated by corporate services team.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Pro-active time management and general reliability.
