- Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers.
- Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labor, and work descriptions.
- Communicate effectively with all parties.
- Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team.
- Implement action plans for financial targets.
- Trade Qualification desirable.
- Experience working within a service orientated department
- Sound computing skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft AX.
- Be able to maintain a high level of workplace health and safety.
