Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapist's, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist or Rehab Counsellors
Leading a team of 7-8 consultants, provide guidance and support with strategic file reviews
Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.

QualificationsYou will have

Experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
Current driver license and motor vehicle.
