In this key position, you’ll leverage your expertise to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs. You’ll take ownership of your recruitment desk, manage key accounts, and identify new opportunities to grow your client base and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver recruitment solutions
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand client portfolios and enhance service offerings
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placements
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ and candidates’ needs are met
- Maintain compliance and high standards of recruitment practices at all times
- Drive safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment for all placements
- Demonstrated experience in industrial recruitment, with a strong client-focused approach (Deseriable!)
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
