Your roleYou will play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new clients, expanding Randstad's market presence, and nurturing existing partnerships.You will utilize your expertise to create effective business strategies and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to your clients. About you

To be successful you will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience at an agency.
You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients.
You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management.
You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills
You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment.
