Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here's how you'll do it:
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Sales generation; meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Analyse reports and utilise the appointment book for planning, forecasting and effective utilisation of resources
  • Provide accurate reporting information to the General Manager on business operations and provide input on strategy and direction of the Centre
  • Provide effective leadership, mentoring and coaching to ensure effective development of direct reports
  • Manage employee issues, with support from HR and the General Manager
  • Plan and implement effective local marketing strategies to ensure throughput targets are exceeded in partnership with Marketing and Sales and the General Manager
  • Manage and merchandise a range of products; including ordering, receiving, sales and returns
  • Ensure good standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are maintained and client needs are met
  • Resolve complex and escalated client issues, escalating further when required
  • Develop effective working relationships with local stakeholders, including GPs, other referrers and teachers

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in people management

  • High level of energy, drive and a strong work ethic
  • Experience as a results oriented, team leader and team player
