In recent years the Hospital has undergone a major redevelopment totalling in excess of $50 million. The redevelopment has delivered new beds, improved services in the rehabilitation unit, as well as a new emergency department, maternity unit and special care nursery.The Requirements
One or more of the following:
- Possess at least 12 months recent experience in Emergency Medicine
- Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Eligible for either the Standard pathway, Competent Authority, Short Term Training Pathway or Specialist Pathway.
- All IMG's who have completed AMC MCQ 1 and eligible for the Standard Pathway.
- Those IMG's who are working in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ and eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway.
- IMG's who are either a Specialist in the home country or within a year of obtaining their Specialist qualification and eligible for the Short Term Training Pathway.
- IMG's who have lodged their Specialist Assessment Application with ACEM, awaiting their ACEM interview, or who have been assessed by ACEM and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
