Whether you're out in the field repairing a fault or making important decisions in our operations centre, a career in our operations team is dynamic, challenging and rewarding.Are you a hands-on, self-sufficient Civil Operator who thrives working independently in the field?We're looking for a capable and motivated individual to join our team in Leonora, where you will play a vital role in maintaining water quality across a vast and critical network.As a Water Corporation Civil Operator.You're a key part of the community, working outdoors, using your hands and head to keep the water network running smoothly.From digging trenches to restoring burst mains and repairing services, as well as operate and maintain reverse osmosis and electrolysis water treatment plants as well as reuse wastewater treatment systems.What You'll Be Doing:

Contributing to safe job planning, team discussions, and regular workplace inspections.
Prioritising safety in every task, working with a zero-harm mindset where no injury is acceptable, and health and wellbeing are never compromised.
Operating, maintaining, monitoring, and repairing water and wastewater infrastructure, operational sites, and public facilities as needed.
Being available for overtime and participating in the on-call roster when required.

Can quickly familiarise themselves with the regional layout and pipeline network

Western Australian “C” Class minimum 'HR' Class Drivers Licence desirable.
Experience in civil work and/or water supply systems.
Certificate III in National Water Package desirable or otherwise willing to undertake a Cert III National Water Package traineeship.
