Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager - in this role, you will champion best coffee practices and ensure our guests enjoy warm, professional service in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.What you’ll do:Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, food and beverage items with efficiency and care.Maintain high grooming and service standards, ensuring a professional guest experience.Train and support team members in coffee-making techniques.Operate POS systems, handle transactions accurately, and assist with opening/closing duties.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of equipment and work areas. * Delivering a strong focus and passion for hotel operationsAct as an Accor ambassador by promoting hotel services and living our Heartist values.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

1–2 years’ Food & Beverage experience, ideally in a hotel environment
5-star service delivery experience desirable
Strong barista skills (espresso, pour over etc.) with ability to deliver quality coffee at high volumes
Knowledge of food safety and WHS practices
A warm, guest-focused personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Demonstrated competency operating POS and applying numeracy skills to perform smooth transactions
Proven initiative and problem solving abilities
Ability to make people feel welcome and remembered
