- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity or IT consulting, with proven ability to deliver complex projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Skilled in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 highly desirable).
- Professional, adaptable, and confident under pressure with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects, ensuring objectives, scope, and deliverables are achieved within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to align goals and deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring effective delivery and professional development.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting for internal and client use.
- Oversee project quality, implementing reviews and controls to meet industry standards and best practices.
- Present updates, reports, and project plans internally and externally with accuracy and clarity.
- Manage team availability, utilisation, and billable targets, reporting regularly to the Head of Service Delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on emerging threats, technologies, and project methodologies.
- Contribute to a positive, professional culture by upholding high standards of conduct, flexibility, and a proactive approach to enhancing services.
- Play a key role in helping organisations respond to and recover from critical cyber incidents.
