We offer shelter, education, veterinary care and compassion, while helping animals in need find loving 'furever' homes.We are seeking to recruit a Part-Time (Weekends Only) Animal Care Officer (Animal Attendant) to join our team at the Rutherford Shelter.The role involves providing high-quality animal husbandry, implementing behavioural initiatives, and delivering enrichment and care for a wide range of animals — from dogs, cats, and small animals to livestock. Candidates should bring prior experience in animal care and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.The successful candidate must hold a valid working Visa and will be required to work weekends.What's in it for you?
