- Previous call centre experience, preferably with State Government clients
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Current Police Check dated within the last 6 months (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time hours from 9 AM to 5 PM
