- Strengthening Aon National’s value proposition across High Service Clients and Industry Groups
- Strengthening technical and client engagement capabilities across National to ensure clear articulation of our value propositions and that the best advice and service is being delivered to National clients
- Driving improvements across the business to set higher standards and deliver more consistent client experience from acquisition through to renewals
- Embedding focus on delivering on our client service strategy and partnering with the Regional Directors on how to deliver on best practice
- Accountability for our Strategic account review program for high service clients
- Accountability for jeopardy management for high service clients
- Accountable for defensive tender responses
- Accountable for driving cross sell of all of Aon to existing clients
- Coaching National colleagues on best practice in client service
- Identify opportunities for industry solutions, facilities and cross-sell opportunities across Aon National
- Strong focus on execution

- Tangible work experiences or skill set
- High level Insurance broking experience is desirable
- Financial acumen
- Technical insurance skillset

- Tier 1 qualification, insurance qualifications such as Diploma / QBIP preferred
