Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 25 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise.Their QLD operation has been operating for 18 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $300M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.The role – Senior Estimator/Cost Planner
This highly respected builder are looking to add a Senior Estimator/Cost planner to the team to look after their larger projects in the Tier 1 space with projects valuing from $100m to $500m.This is a key role in the QLD business and you will be seen as a senior part of the team. This is a senior role and you will be remunerated in accordance with the role.What we are looking for:

Previous experience in the Tier 1 space
A construction related degree
Previous experience tendering projects of $100M plus
Stability on your CV
A team player
