We are looking for an extremely driven and people focused Area Manager based out of the Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will have previous multi-site or regional management experience in a similar environment or brand. You will lead a team across six locations, where you'll be responsible for motivating staff, managing daily operations, handling planning and reporting, and contributing to visual merchandising efforts across concept stores and concession stands. In addition, the role demands a quick thinker and problem solver to successfully run a dynamic region.Skills and experience
- Previous regional, area, or multi-site experience in a high volume brand
- Have worked in and managed a KPI-driven environment
- Exposure to high volume retail
- Adaptability to lead a diverse team
- Solution oriented and ambitious
- Driver's license and car
