As a Senior Engineer, you'll use your engineering skills to lead the planning and design of infrastructure design projects, ensuring the successful delivery of the council’s capital works program.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the engineering design program throughout all phases.
Manage and develop infrastructure design documentation and cost estimates for civil projects spanning across stormwater, footpaths, roads, traffic facilities and cycleways.
Enhance business plans and project briefs.
Mentor junior engineers and oversee design projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia.
Excellent knowledge of legislation, regulations, design standards and code of practice in construction.
Extensive experience in detailed design, cost estimation, and specifications for stormwater drainage, geometric alignment and traffic facilities.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D/12D, Drains, road design software and Microsoft Office.
Experience mentoring other engineers.
