Our ClientOur client is a respected custom home builder in Melbourne's northern suburbs, known for delivering high-quality, architecturally inspired homes. With steady growth and a strong pipeline ahead, they are investing heavily in their drafting and design function, building a team that will set new benchmarks in both design and documentation quality.The RoleAs Drafting Manager, you'll take charge of leading, mentoring, and growing a busy drafting team. You'll be responsible for setting standards, introducing best practices, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all documentation.A key part of this role is driving the company's software transition from AutoCAD to Revit.
