
Assistant Product Manager

- Assist in defining the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to identify website needs and define product requirements that support brand objectives.
- Work with the Product Lead to define and maintain a product roadmap focused on website features and improvements that align with quarterly goals.
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories to guide development.
- Own delivery by working with the development team in an Agile context, including conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to maintain transparency on product goals and progress.
- Assist with training documentation for successful internal product use and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product execution and quality.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with work management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience in an Agile delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
