Supporting the effective administration and day-to-day operations of Salesforce to ensure optimal use across the Division.
Maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within the Salesforce system, including data migration, cleansing, and reporting.
Contributing to Salesforce-related initiatives, including system upgrades, the implementation of new features, and integrations with other systems.
