The OpportunityRandstad is partnering with ASC to find a Senior Commercial Advisor. The successful candidate for this role, which reports to the Commercial Manager, will be responsible for supporting all commercial aspects of contracts and relationships for the SSN-AUKUS program.Our Senior Commercial Advisor position is based in Osborne, South Australia. We understand that this may require a move for the right candidate, and we're open to considering individuals who are willing to relocate to the Adelaide area.   • Providing commercial advice and ensuring contract deliverables are met.
  • Leading contract administration tasks to ensure adherence to the program schedule and quality reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to manage commercial outcomes.
  • Communicating program risks, commercial obligations, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Implementing lessons learned from completed projects to establish ASC as a learning organization.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a complex commercial setting.
  • A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in a commercial, legal, or business advisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing complex contracts, including resolving difficult issues to achieve positive commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in drafting agreements and managing commercial risk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities with limited direction, and build strong business relationships.
