They are currently seeking a professional Vehicle Ordering Assistant to join their growing team in Moorebank. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment, with a potential to extendReporting to the Team Leader, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative and vehicle ordering support services to the Fleet Services Division to assist in achieving organisational objectives.In this rewarding role, you will undertake the following duties;
- Deliver high quality, professional customer service
- Answer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage all incoming calls, redirecting and taking messages as required
- High volume scanning vehicle file paper documents into the internal systems, updating excel of actioned tasks
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Complete infringement management including notices toll passes and petrol cards
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment
- Preparation of documentation including letters, reports and presentation material
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
To secure this opportunity, you must have the following;
- Demonstrated Fleet, Administration or Business Support experience
- Public Sector experience highly advantageous
- Previous fleet services, tolls and fines management experience desirable
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and takes initiative with a strong team and task focus
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and TRIM
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
