About the OpportunityJoining the team as a Loss Adjuster, you will become an integral part of our strong team, that will ultimately assist in restoring our customers' lives, where they've faced loss or damage to their properties.You will be a self-starter and will be confident in completing site inspections, ascertaining cause and extent of damage, coordinating with trades and specialists, and delivering a seamless end-to-end claims experience for our customers.While prior experience in loss adjusting or insurance claims is ideal, we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills - including those from trades, property management, or other related industries.   • Be an expert communicator; empathetic nature; great listener - able to communicate concisely and tailor messaging (verbal and written) to their intended audience, which translates to high calibre reports for our clients
  • Be a problem solver and have a curious persona; searches for the root cause/s and proactively finds solutions throughout the claim journey
  • Be intrinsically driven to provide highest level of customer service that is always thoughtful and timely

Key Requirements
  • Deliver professional high-quality service during on-site and desktop assessments, interacting with customers and clients
  • Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim updates to all stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to the General Insurance Code of Practice and all compliance requirements
  • Accurately document all decisions including rational, including ownership details, reserve adjustments, claim acceptance or rejection
  • Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster is highly desirable
  • Trade qualifications are advantageous and will be well regarded
  • A current and valid driver's licence
