Assisted by an dedicated resource, you'll oversee online merchandising, copywriting and ensuring all products are presented to optimise engagement and sell-through. With a keen eye on success metrics, you'll translate analytics on campaign and web performance, into recommendations to drive growth and deliver strong CRO results. Using your cutting-edge knowledge of the latest technology, you'll drive innovation to ensure the best customer shopping experience. There's a bunch of special projects to lead too such as App integrations and a new loyalty program.Ideally, you have gained 3+ years' experience working in a similar e-commerce function within a fashion or retail environment. You've worked with Content Management Systems and are a Shopify expert, plus have SEO and Google Analytics knowledge. Most importantly you have boundless enthusiasm, a commercial approach and live and breathe eCommerce.Such a lovely company! You'll be working as part of a small, tight-knit team and will be report directly to an industry-respected head of Marketing and Digital.
