We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance, Safety and Claims Manager to join our shopping centre management team who is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management across Australia. This national role is pivotal to ensuring the effective delivery of WHS, risk, and compliance services across a large and varied portfolio.
You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational delivery of WHS and compliance initiatives across the portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that risks are mitigated, compliance obligations are met, and safety systems are embedded in our everyday operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the WHS Strategic Plan in alignment with Knight Frank and client frameworks.
- Provide best practice advice on regulatory matters including WHS, privacy, quality, modern slavery, and cyber threats.
- Conduct property audits, reviews and implement training for compliance and safety processes.
- Manage public liability claims and coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting, including national trackers and client updates.
- Build strong relationships with property teams, clients, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery.

- Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, safety or risk roles within a commercial property or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing WHS and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience conducting audits and delivering training programs.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's licence.
