If you take pride in high-quality workmanship and have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you. This role involves all aspects of residential and commercial landscaping including paving, decking, turfing, retaining walls, planting, concreting and garden construction. You'll be working on a variety of projects across Sydney, delivering exceptional results for our valued clients.About YOUTo succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum 2 years' experience in landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Your own ABN is essential to join this team on a permanent contractor basis. You'll need to be fully equipped with your own transport and insurance - tools and uniform will be provided. Long term, career growth with consistent work for the right person.Tasks & Responsibilities Carry out landscape construction tasks including but not limited to paving, decking, turfing, retaining walls, concreting and garden edging Soft landscaping such as planting, mulching, soil preparation, and lawn installation Read and interpret landscape plans and follow project specifications Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently Work independently and as part of a team to meet project timelines Ensure worksites are clean, safe, and organised at all timesSkills & experience Proven experience in Residential & Commercial landscaping (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Cert IV qualifications in Landscaping (a must have) Strong knowledge of plants, soils, and garden care techniques Ability to read and follow landscape plans and instructions Valid driver's licence and reliable transport White Card (construction induction) required Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in various weather conditions Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanshipThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with ongoing work, competitive pay ($38-42/hour), and the chance to work on rewarding projects across a variety of outdoor spaces.About usNeed Recruitment support?
