You will be joining a family friendly team who offer flexibility in exchange for hard work and dedication.Our client is looking for an experienced site manager to run commercial and industrial projects. The successful applicant will have relevant site management experience in the industry, having worked on new build commercial and industrial projects previously valued above $10M.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
Develop and implement construction schedules
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial new build projects $10M+
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
Excellent leadership
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
Values teamwork and camaraderie
