  • Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation of modernisation and construction products
  • Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements
  • Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions
  • Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action
  • Tune and Test modernisation and new install products including destination

  • Elevator industry experience
  • Expert technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Safety conscious and selects environmentally sustainable solutions when possible
