Our proven project teams readily address complex and multi-disciplinary activities, providing low-risk and cost-effective solutions to the defence force.Learn more about our business .The Opportunity:The Project Manager – Space is responsible for the technical and business aspects of KBR space related projects, including staffing, budgeting, planning, risk management and administrative tasks. KBR clients have an increasing requirement to engage with and within the space domain, often supporting concurrent solutions pertaining to the land, maritime, air and cyber domains. The Project Manager – Space will engage with existing clients, senior management, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that in-flight KBR projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Manager – Space will be expected to have a working knowledge of any number of disparate fields, including rocketry, space-borne C4ISREW and Australian space policy.Additionally, the Project Manager – Space will be expected represent KBR interests in the development of new business opportunities across government, the private sector, academia, and other space-related sectors. This includes representing KBR at key forums and industry engagements across Australia.
