-Advertising conferences, conventions, and trade shows to prospective clients-Addressing inquiries about available services and pricing for venue rental, equipment, catering, and associated amenities.-Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and presenting tailored package options.-Coordinating various services including venue facilities, catering, signage, audio-visual equipment, lodging, transportation, and social activities for attendees.-Managing participant registration, negotiating service types and costs within budget constraints.-Supervising contractors' tasks while reporting any deviations from the original work ordersSKILLS & EXPERIENCEQualifications:Degree of Events Management or Advanced Diploma of ManagementExperience:1 to 3 years experience as events organiserSkills:· Advanced Level of English, Spanish & Portuguese· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
