Maintain and clean guests' rooms as well as replenish room supplies
Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
Inform valets to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing
Maintain the public and general areas
Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Preferably has relevant hospitality experience
Has strong interpersonal skills
Is a self-starter and a team player
