AWX are seeking hands-on Production Operators and Forklift Drivers to join our client in Carbrook, a leading supplier of dried sands, gravels, and packaged building products used across construction and infrastructure projects.
This is physical, yard-based work in a busy manufacturing environment - well-suited to those who enjoy being on their feet, operating machinery, and contributing directly to the production of high-quality materials.The Roles
Production Operator | Afternoon Shift | $38.39 p/hr

Operate bagging machines and production equipment
Manual handling and physical labour in a heavy manufacturing environment
Experience operating production line machinery
Forklift ticket & experience required
Shift: MonThu 12pm10pm, Fri 12pm6pm, optional Sat 6am12pm

Forklift Driver | Day Shift | $35 p/hr

Operate forklifts for stock movement and truck loading/unloading
Yard-based work supporting warehouse and production needs
Follow WHS and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
Shift: MonFri 7am4pm, with overtime and Saturday shifts available

The Candidate What you need

Holds a current forklift licence with proven yard/production experience
Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physical work
Able to complete paperwork and basic computer tasks
Fit for manual handling and extended time on your feet
Team player who can also work independently
As part of onboarding, you will complete respirator fit-testing and must be able to wear a respirator throughout shifts
